Proposals are another animal altogether! I can help you deliver winning ones. Preparation is the key! The proposal team is usually stretched thin selecting and screening subs, crafting their technical strategy, articulating a management approach, and scrambling to get pricing done!  I can help with your "boilerplate" (e.g. capability briefs, related experience, resumes of key staff members) that must be up-to-date and ready to go. I can also assist your proposal manager with editing (some inputs are gawd awful!), which is almost always needed to integrate and polish submissions from a host of contributors working long hours under tight deadlines! (Note: Due to the proprietary and non-disclosure nature of proposals, none are included in my portfolio.
